Advertising & Marketing Disclaimer

Updated July 2026

This disclaimer explains important limitations that apply to campaign research, setup, audits, optimization, retargeting and management services provided by Aimlora Target. Advertising involves external platforms, market conditions and customer decisions that cannot be controlled by any service provider.

No Performance Guarantee

No specific number of impressions, clicks, inquiries, leads, sales, bookings, customers, revenue or return on advertising spend is promised unless an expressly written agreement states a measurable deliverable that is fully within Aimlora Target's control. A target, projection, benchmark, estimate, forecast or scenario is planning information and is not a guarantee of future performance.

Past campaign data and industry benchmarks may help establish a working hypothesis. They do not establish what a new campaign will achieve. Results can vary materially because of offer quality, price, demand, competition, seasonality, geographic coverage, creative quality, website operation, sales follow-up and many other factors.

Platform Independence

Aimlora Target is an independent service provider and is not an employee, agent, partner or representative of any advertising platform, social network, search engine or analytics provider. Platform names may be used only to identify compatible services. No platform endorsement, certification or special access should be inferred unless expressly stated and verifiable.

Platforms control their own systems, auctions, delivery, reviews, billing thresholds, reporting methods, automated recommendations, policy enforcement and account access. Those systems can change without notice. Aimlora Target cannot guarantee that an advertisement, account, landing page, payment method or audience will be approved or remain available.

Client Advertising Budget

Service fees are separate from advertising spend. Unless a written scope states otherwise, the client funds advertising directly through the selected platform and remains responsible for budget limits, billing methods, taxes, platform charges and account balances. A recommended budget is not an assurance that the platform will spend an exact amount or produce an expected outcome.

Client Offer and Claims

The client is responsible for the legality, accuracy and substantiation of every statement about its business, product, service, price, discount, availability, testimonial, comparison and expected outcome. Client approval confirms that supplied facts and claims are accurate and that the client has authority to publish them.

Aimlora Target may identify an apparent risk or request supporting material, but does not act as the client's lawyer or regulatory reviewer. The client should obtain qualified advice when advertising is governed by specialized rules, including health, finance, housing, employment, credit, alcohol, political activity, children, regulated professional services or other restricted categories.

Creative and Audience Testing

Campaign changes and tests are intended to collect information and improve decision-making. A test can perform worse than an existing configuration, and a winning result in one period may not repeat. Audience definitions may depend on platform-generated data and modeling, and they may not correspond exactly to a client's description of an ideal customer.

Attribution and Reporting

Advertising reports are generated from platform and analytics data that may be delayed, modeled, sampled, duplicated, blocked or affected by privacy controls, browser settings, device changes and consent preferences. Different systems can report different results for the same period. Unless specifically included, Aimlora Target does not independently audit platform data.

Attribution describes how a system assigns credit; it does not prove that an advertisement caused every reported action. The client should review platform data together with verified business records, such as qualified inquiries, completed orders, refunds and retained revenue.

Website, Inventory and Sales Operations

Campaign performance can depend on matters outside the agreed advertising service, including website speed, form operation, checkout availability, inventory, price, scheduling, customer service, lead response time and fulfillment. The client is responsible for monitoring those systems and promptly reporting a condition that could make advertising inaccurate or wasteful.

Competitive and Market Conditions

Advertising auctions and customer behavior are dynamic. Competitor activity, economic conditions, news events, seasonality, changes in demand and platform inventory may alter cost and delivery. Aimlora Target does not warrant that a campaign will maintain a particular cost, rank, share of voice or audience size.

Compliance and Approvals

A platform's approval of an advertisement is not legal approval. Likewise, a platform rejection does not necessarily establish that the client's business is unlawful. Platform policies and applicable law are different systems. The client retains responsibility for legal compliance, required disclosures, licenses, permissions, privacy notices, consent practices and industry-specific obligations.

Decisions Based on Service Information

Recommendations are professional marketing judgments based on information available at the time. The client remains the final decision-maker for launch, budget, claims, creative, audience, destination page and campaign continuation. Business, legal, tax, accounting and investment decisions should not be made solely from advertising recommendations.

Third-Party Content and Tools

Third-party data, templates, software, integrations and platform features may be used where appropriate. Their availability, accuracy, security and continued operation are controlled by their respective providers. Aimlora Target is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, policy, data practice or service change.

Questions About a Campaign

A client should raise questions about assumptions, reporting definitions, budget, policy limitations or material risks before approving launch. Written clarification may be added to the project scope when a particular claim, regulated category or measurement method requires special handling.
