Cancellation & Refund Policy
Updated July 2026
This policy explains how cancellations, postponements and refund requests are handled for remote advertising services. Digital strategy and campaign work involves reserved scheduling, research and account-specific preparation; refund treatment therefore depends on the stage of work rather than only on whether a campaign has launched.
Before Work Begins
A client may request cancellation before work begins. If no research, review, scheduling commitment, platform preparation or other project activity has occurred, a payment may be eligible for refund less non-refundable processor charges and approved third-party costs. A stated scheduling fee or deposit may remain non-refundable when it was required to reserve delivery capacity.
After Work Begins
Once work begins, the client is responsible for the value of work completed and time committed through the effective cancellation date. Completed work may include intake review, account review, audience research, planning, documentation, campaign structure, configuration, communication, revision work and scheduled management activity.
If the amount paid exceeds the reasonable value of completed work and non-cancellable costs, the remaining eligible balance may be refunded. If completed work exceeds the amount paid, the remaining invoice balance is due.
Completed Digital Services
Completed and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable. This includes research plans, audit findings, setup work, platform configuration, campaign documentation, completed optimization work and a management period already provided. A client's decision not to use, publish or continue with completed work does not create a refund right.
Launch and Platform Decisions
A campaign may be delayed, limited or rejected by an advertising platform. Platform review, policy enforcement, account restriction, payment failure, outage or feature change is outside Aimlora Target's control and does not by itself make completed service work refundable. Where practical and within scope, reasonable assistance may be provided to identify a platform notice or prepare a permitted adjustment.
Performance Concerns
Advertising performance is not guaranteed. A lower-than-expected number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales or conversions does not by itself qualify for a refund. Performance depends on many factors outside the service scope, including offer strength, budget, competition, creative, website, tracking, market conditions, fulfillment and platform behavior.
Revisions and Service Concerns
If delivered work appears inconsistent with the accepted scope, the client should provide a specific written explanation and supporting information promptly. Aimlora Target will review the concern and, where appropriate, correct a confirmed scope error or provide an included revision. A request for a different strategy, new offer, extra platform, additional campaign or expanded deliverable is not a correction and may require a separate fee.
Client Delay and Abandonment
A project may be placed on hold when the client does not provide access, materials, approvals or feedback. If there is no material response for fourteen calendar days after a written request, the schedule may be released. If there is no material response for thirty calendar days, the project may be treated as abandoned and closed. Payments covering completed work and reserved capacity remain non-refundable. Restarting may require a new schedule and fee.
Monthly Service Cancellation
Monthly services may be cancelled for a future period according to the notice stated in the project confirmation. A current service period already started is non-refundable because monitoring capacity and delivery time have been reserved. Cancellation of management does not automatically pause or remove campaigns; the client remains responsible for account control and platform spend after the management end date.
Rescheduling
A client may request one reasonable schedule change before work begins, subject to availability. Urgent launch timing cannot be guaranteed after rescheduling. Repeated postponement or a change that materially affects scope may require a revised quote.
Cancellation by Aimlora Target
Aimlora Target may cancel or suspend a project for nonpayment, unlawful or misleading instructions, abusive conduct, security risk, repeated failure to provide required inputs, material breach, or circumstances that make lawful performance impracticable. If cancellation is not caused by client breach, any prepaid amount exceeding completed work and approved costs will be reviewed for refund.
How to Request Review
A cancellation or refund request should identify the client, project, invoice, requested action and reason. Additional verification may be requested. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method where reasonably available. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated for future projects. The version accepted with a confirmed project applies unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or mandatory law requires different treatment.
