Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities
Updated July 2026
This policy explains the operational requirements for remote campaign services. It is intended to keep project timing, account access, approvals and delivery responsibilities clear for both Aimlora Target and the client.
Remote Delivery
Services are delivered remotely through written communication, digital files, online meetings when included, and role-based access to selected business platforms. No physical advertising product, printed material or in-person media placement is included unless separately agreed in writing.
Project Start
A project is ready to start when the written scope is accepted, required payment is received, intake information is complete, and necessary materials and access are available. A date discussed before those conditions are satisfied is an estimate rather than a guaranteed start date.
Client Information
The client must provide accurate information about the business, offer, pricing, customer, campaign objective, location, restrictions, prior advertising and intended destination page. Aimlora Target may rely on client-supplied information without independently verifying every claim. A material omission or inaccuracy may affect delivery and require additional work.
Client Materials
The client is responsible for providing approved copy, images, video, logos, product information, testimonials, disclosures, website pages and other materials needed for the agreed scope. Materials must be lawful, accurate, licensed and suitable for use in advertising. Aimlora Target may decline content that appears deceptive, infringing, unsafe or inconsistent with platform rules.
Account Access and Security
Access should be granted through official role or partner functions whenever available. The client should not send passwords, recovery codes or payment-card details through a general form. The client remains responsible for account ownership, administrator control, multi-factor authentication, billing methods and prompt removal of access after services end.
Aimlora Target will use provided access only for the agreed service and may request a lower access level when full administrator rights are unnecessary. Access may be removed at any time by the client, although removal may pause work or prevent completion.
Advertising Budget
The client sets and funds the advertising budget directly within the platform. Budget recommendations are planning information and do not guarantee spend, delivery or results. The client must review daily or total limits and platform billing before launch. Aimlora Target is not responsible for spend that results from a client-approved budget, a platform billing threshold or a campaign left active after access or management ends.
Approvals
The client must designate an authorized reviewer. Approval of campaign copy, creative, audience, budget, schedule and destination page should be provided in writing. Conflicting instructions from multiple client representatives may pause work until a single direction is confirmed.
Launch does not occur without the level of approval stated in the scope. If the client requests launch without completing a recommended check, the client accepts responsibility for the omitted review to the extent permitted by law.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are based on timely client cooperation and normal platform availability. Weekends, public holidays, platform outages, account reviews, policy checks, missing assets, access problems and change requests may extend timing. An urgent deadline must be accepted in writing before it becomes part of the scope.
Reviews and Revisions
The client should review a delivery within five business days unless another period is stated. Included revisions must relate to the original objective and materials. Revisions do not include a new offer, new campaign type, additional platform, additional audience set, replacement of all creative, or reconstruction caused by inaccurate client inputs.
Platform Review and Publication
Advertising platforms independently review accounts, payment methods, creative, claims, audiences and destination pages. Aimlora Target cannot control approval timing or enforcement. A platform's acceptance of an advertisement does not constitute legal approval of the client's offer or claims.
Handoff
A completed project may be delivered as platform configuration, written findings, audience notes, campaign documentation or a combination described in the scope. The client is responsible for saving delivered files and maintaining account access. Source working notes, internal checklists and pre-existing tools are not included unless expressly listed.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
After final delivery or the end of a management period, the client is responsible for monitoring active campaigns, platform billing, comments, leads, website operation, legal compliance and fulfillment. Continued support requires a separate active scope. Aimlora Target is not obligated to monitor an account after services end.
Communication Standards
Project communication should remain professional, accurate and reasonably timely. Aimlora Target may pause communication that is abusive, threatening or requests unlawful conduct. Requests and approvals should identify the relevant campaign or deliverable to reduce ambiguity.
Record Retention
Project records may be retained for business, accounting, security and legal purposes. The client should maintain its own copies of final deliverables, invoices and approvals. Platform data may change after delivery and cannot always be reconstructed later.
