Contact Us
Updated July 2026
This page explains how to contact Aimlora Target about project requests, active services, billing questions, privacy requests and formal notices. Clear subject information helps route a message and reduces delays.
General project request: Use the project form on the main website. The form requires complete contact, service, budget, timeline and project information before it displays confirmation. The form does not create a contract, reserve a date, process a payment or guarantee acceptance.
Project and Service Questions
For a new project, include the business name, requested service, advertising platform if known, campaign objective, expected timing and planned advertising budget. Do not send account passwords, recovery codes, payment-card information or sensitive customer data in an initial message.
For an active project, identify the project or campaign and describe the decision, change or issue that requires attention. If a request affects budget, launch status, claims, audience, destination page or schedule, written confirmation may be required before action is taken.
Billing Questions
A billing inquiry should identify the invoice, service and date at issue and explain the requested correction. Advertising platform charges are separate from Aimlora Target service fees. Questions about a platform charge may require the client to review the billing area of the platform account directly.
Cancellation and Refund Questions
A cancellation request should identify the affected service and requested cancellation date. Eligibility for any refund or account credit is determined under the accepted scope and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the amount of work already performed, reserved project time and non-refundable third-party costs.
Privacy Requests
A person may contact Aimlora Target to ask about access, correction, deletion or another privacy right that may apply to personal information. The request should describe the information or interaction involved and the requested action. Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a privacy request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes even when other information can be deleted.
Intellectual Property or Confidentiality Concerns
A notice about suspected infringement or unauthorized disclosure should identify the protected material, the location or campaign involved, the claimant's relationship to the material and a practical way to verify the concern. Aimlora Target may request additional information before changing or removing material.
Advertising Compliance Concerns
If a campaign appears inaccurate, outdated, unsafe or inconsistent with applicable restrictions, identify the advertisement, claim, destination and reason for concern. Aimlora Target may pause work or recommend removal while the client reviews the issue. Platform approval does not replace the client's responsibility for lawful advertising.
Formal Notices
A formal notice should clearly state that it is a legal or contractual notice, identify the relevant agreement or project, state the requested action, and provide the sender's complete contact information. A routine project-form confirmation is not proof that a formal notice was received or accepted.
Response Timing
Messages are reviewed during ordinary business operations. Response timing can vary with message complexity, identity verification, platform availability, weekends and public holidays. An initial response may acknowledge a request or ask for missing information rather than resolve the entire matter.
No response-time guarantee applies unless it is included in an active written service scope. Urgent campaign issues should identify the active campaign, affected budget and requested action as precisely as possible.
Communication Records
Communications may be retained to administer services, document approvals, resolve disputes, meet accounting duties, protect account security and comply with law. Clients should keep their own copies of important approvals, invoices, final deliverables and account-access changes.
Business Address
The address below is provided for business correspondence. It should not be interpreted as an invitation for unscheduled in-person service. Services are delivered remotely unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Not Emergency Support
Aimlora Target does not provide emergency, medical, legal, financial, law-enforcement or crisis services. If a person faces an immediate safety emergency, the person should contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Accurate Contact Information
The sender is responsible for providing an accurate reply address and enough information to understand the request. Aimlora Target is not responsible for a delayed or unsuccessful response caused by an incorrect address, filtered message, full mailbox or missing project details.
